位置无敌了，价格无敌了，性价比无敌了。装潢比较简单，大堂比较简朴，卫生设备比较老旧，但是空调电视wifi洗澡一个不缺。位置就在奎屯最最中心，附近大型超市，肯德基，咖啡馆，马路对过的夜市，应有尽有，太方便了。缺点是旁边一座大楼在建造，晚上通宵施工。
