没有一次性拖鞋，服务员未经允许就进房间打扫，理由是12点统一打扫，我13点回房间卡刷不了，服务员说12点以后就得续费，我说是14点退房呀，她就帮我开了门，前一天水电工也是未经允许就进了房间，好处是交通便利，市中心。
