酒店的设施还可以，房间也挺宽敞的，下水需要改进，洗澡很容易积水，还有就是房间的们隔音效果不好，晚上睡觉，有人在走廊说话，在屋里听得一清二楚。还有就是订酒店之前打电话和酒店沟通好了，我订的是阳面的房间，但是到了店里以后告诉我，我要住阳面房间需要另加20元钱，这一点在当时有气愤的感觉，为什么在我打电话询问的时候不说清楚。

银川聚豪大酒店就是一个招待所，硬件不达标；服务极差；态度恶劣。结账时没有正规发票。还少给。早餐像大车店。收费比四星酒店还贵。房间有很难闻的味道。强烈建议艺龙将此店下架。
