  整体不是很满意，对于提出的问题没有积极解决。 酒店配的加湿器是坏的，酒店查房并不检查配套设施，衞生死角并没有清理。

  早餐很丰富，种类也比较多，好吃，餐厅小殷同学的服务意识很好，亲和力很强，感觉暖暖的 酒店设施齐全 房间住的也舒服 客房有入住水果，客房阿姨看到我自带一次性的浴巾，第二天就主动给我放好一次性浴缸套和套好马桶套 是一家有温度有爱的酒店

  酒店设施好，很齐全，环境也好，商务区可以免费复印，也有饮料、热水、小饼乾。前台服务也很好，帮忙免费升级了房型，房间很大，格局好。crystal服务很细心，点赞。下次来银川还会选择这家酒店，推荐哦[强]

  每次来银川都会找crystal接待，服务真的很好，礼貌周到，会提前告知我银川的气候，询问我的需求也记得我之前的喜好，帮我安排的都很好。住这停车也很方便，地上地下都可以免费停车，设施齐全。这次来发现大厅的水台还更换了新设备，有咖啡机什么的。在新城区其实比老城区的话，环境会更好，而且在商圈旁边，吃饭的地方也多。在附近散散步风景也挺好的。
