这是一家性价比超高，服务超好的酒店！酒店地理位置优越，离鼓楼老城中心打车不到10元钱；酒店设施各种材料档次很高，浴室提供洗面奶和卸妆水；早餐很棒并且极具当地特色；最重要的是酒店各种服务几乎完美：酒店有奔驰商务车提供免费接送机，大堂楼层和房间水果矿泉水免费取，酒店客服管家服务无微不至，入住当天客服雷丽娜小姐一直陪同拿行李上房间，当天晚上从外面回来还收到她短信问候，客房服务员杨小燕甚至把行李箱都擦得干干净净，令人无比感动……总之这是一家很温馨很满意的酒店，希望酒店领导给予雷小姐和杨小姐表扬。已经向很多朋友介绍推荐，下次来银川肯定是不二选择，完全有资格给予五星好评！
