酒店在银川文化城，地理位置还行，靠河边风景还不错，门前可停车，位置好找，特别适合自驾游的，到风景区都不远，出行方便。早餐干净丰富不错。前台服务员赵靖文、李洋服务热情周到，李洋主动帮我们提行李送到房间，特别感谢他们。房间沒有给我们免费升级。房间宽畅，洗澡水不热。

其他都好，唯独早餐是硬伤，说是七点开餐，现在已经七点二十了，好几个酒店客人都在等餐食准备好，五星酒店的房间，快捷酒店的早餐

酒店设施设备很齐全，早餐丰富，对面就是森林公园。距离火车站，万达广场都挺近，服务人员热情，晚上房间会送酸奶和水果。前台小姐姐也很好，服务很好。总之棒棒哒，值得推荐呦。
