优点：酒店硬件不错，房间内的矿泉水够多（6瓶）。入住的时候在电梯里遇到一位先生（工牌显示销售总监）主动问我们房号，然后告诉我们房间在出电梯后左手边，必须赞一下。
缺点：我预定的时候请提供孩子拖鞋，实际没有，酒店的早餐过于简单，房间内的杯子不干净。酒店退房还需要查房，效率有待提高。

酒店地理位置优越，有地上地下停车场，保安安保大叔态度很友善，入住前台办理速度快，大堂和房间内部设施都很崭新，早餐也还可以，价格很划算。唯一失望与不满意的是酒店的售后服务，走的急把小毯子遗落在酒店房间内，大红色1米*1米的毛毯子，逛了一天晚上用的时候发现这个事，赶紧联系酒店前台询问，前台回复稍等需要询问查房阿姨再给我回复；然后等了10分钟没有回复电话，再次打过去前台说问了说并没有发现遗落物品，顿时生气了，一个毯子查房会看不见？前台还质问我，你放房间哪个位置了？我回答说那个桌子上，叠好了。前台说那再帮你问下阿姨后再回复；又过去了漫长20分钟，洗完澡越想越生气，准备开车回去看监控，再次拨通前台电话，问她到底找到没，这次回复我找到了，明天可以来取。我真的服了，查房阿姨收走后，我一天没回去要，觉得我是游客离开了所以不上报这个事么？入住时明明留了客人电话，遗留物品不应该打电话问客人需要自取还是邮寄么。就没见过这样的服务。对于这个事的小插曲、从一开始的美好印象直接打折扣了。
