碰到小偷了还能说什么 酒店里站在我们边上的还有吧台的还有来来回回的服务员大意到都没发现 太可怕了 治安不好管理不好

房间凑合 快捷酒店的水平 服务态度比较一般 但最不能接受的是在酒店一楼吃饭居然碰到了小偷 坐在我们隔壁桌掏我们衣服口袋 幸亏我们自己看到了 而酒店服务员都没有一个人发现 也没有给脱下来的衣服套罩子 可见管理不够到位 吓得回房间之后把窗户和门全都锁死了

酒店设计不错，就是有点小，入住后下水不好，提意见前台接待态度恶劣，还好值班经理及时处理了，整体感觉还是不错，特别是老板人不错，知道此事后亲自赔礼道歉，还给我打折了，很感谢，值得推荐。
