酒店房間大而且乾淨，設施很不錯，就是浴室熱水不夠熱，周邊生活機能比較不足，但去市區附近都有公交車算方便。

房间干净宽敞，早晨马桶没有水，水盆龙头全热水，找了服务员解决了，夜灯太亮，比照明用的亮许多而且没开关，可以用箱子挡着，早餐7点开门，陆续上菜，对着急赶路的有点晚，门前修路，掉头需要绕行很远，双向堵车，早晨着急的请计算时间，楼下有饭馆，吃饭方便，离高速近可以停车。

大堂设计得不敢恭维，但是房间设计比较豪华，房内装饰细节很好，特别是灯光设计很好。但是打扫不仔细（上一住户的房卡套子和早餐券留在房内）；晚上九点多开电视机，频道调不出来，打电话给前台说服务员晚上十点上班后才能解决（可见工程部不是24小时待命），十点服务员上门调试，我才知道这里的电视还是模拟信号时代；毛巾硬结；可能是当地水质碱性重，用了沐浴露后洗不干净；还有就是早餐差评。
另外目前银川在筹备60周年活动，酒店门口的宝湖东路在挖路，不仅尘土飞扬而且拥堵厉害。
