从步入酒店的第一刻开始，就有前台人员向你问好并及时送上茶水，办理入住时及时快捷，没有让客人久等，期间和客人说了一些注意事项及需要物品可以致电到前台会有人送到房间，非常满意

这家酒店挺喜欢的，干净舒服，关键是服务态度很好，还送了披萨，房间的布置也挺温馨的，可以一览无余的看到整个银川城的夜景！很喜欢，下次还回来！
