没有服务意识，态度非常恶劣，如，房间大门不能反锁；矿泉水无标价被认为是赠饮水，非要想顾客收费，并且态度万分恶劣，从服务员到主管到经理级均态度恶劣，建议大家千万不要入住该酒店！！

去年就住这儿，现在可能是淡季，早餐不是很丰富，但牛肉面很好吃，房间装修好，主要是大，非常大，哈哈，以后来还会住这儿的。

条件很不错的酒店，去年就住在这里，今年抢购的房间168，很划算，有机会去的话还得住这儿，不过能抢上主楼的最好，嘿嘿。
