这酒店硬件设施不错，但服务态度不怎么样，我今天12曰16.30进入酒店办完手续前台值班服务员随便用手指了下那个楼，没有告诉我们是A楼还C楼，房卡上写的也不清楚，我们并不知是几座楼，结果牫拉着箱子上了A楼，路过前台他们也没有你们上错了，不是这座楼，让来回折腾了10分钟，结果下来后我们又问大堂经理，他也手一指，也没有说那个楼，结果出了A楼还有个B楼和C楼，又不知是那座楼，又问其他工作人员，才知道是C楼，我就纳闷了前台和大堂经理，你们就不能明确告诉顾客是C座楼再指引下方向，因为我们并不知道酒店有几座楼，她们的话太值钱了，必须又对她们的服务给差评。
