硬件环境还可以，比较纠结的是服务。住宿期间在月底，没有发票了，答应给快递发票，一直等到7月13号没有收到，打电话给前台，表示已经邮递，挂号信邮递，然后说是给查一下马上给我回电话，等了几天都没有收到回电，言而不信，不得已自己出差的时候又去酒店开的，试问一下如果就来一次出差，这种丢发票的事情怎么处理?如果是挂号信可以查到在哪里的，为什么不帮忙去查，没有一点服务客户的意识。
