住过多次了，整体还是满意的，市中心南门区域位置特别好，价格合理。设施卫生什么也能达到维也纳酒店的平均水准。

這應該是最差的維也納酒店了，無論哪一方面都沒有體現出維也納特有的服務品質。酒店降價促銷攜程有信息提示到結帳時卻是按照原價收費，信用卡授權結帳本可以按照降價促銷的費用收取，但是前台卻找理由說不行。結果還是攜程給補償了差價。攜程的服務沒話說，但是維也納酒店這家只能呵呵！

酒店位置在十字路口比较便捷，同时意味着晚上非常吵，有一边窗户还不能关上，晚上又冷又吵，卫生间的味道很不好会飘到外面来，卫生间的灯跟排气扇是声控的，非常不方便
