酒店前台态度不积极，毫无服务意识，好像客人欠他钱似的。忆龙的担保支付和预付支付两种方式也没有很好的引起客户注意。酒店解释不积极很容易引起不满。酒店整体也坑爹。我女友没带身份证早餐，不能吃。停车场收费，晚上洗澡水不热，冻死人。
