酒店没有水，在抢修，晚上洗澡，水是断断续续的，水是黄黄的，早上起来还是一样，空调不给力，热出汗，叫服务员，好久都没人来。我可是退了其他酒店，冒着这个四星大酒店而来的呀！能给我一个说法吗？
