环境不错，硬件条件也不错，管理水平低，换房间退房后发现手机充电器落房间了，去前台问询，服务员颜值本来就低，还特别不耐烦，一直臭着脸，楞说不可能落房间，还说什么东西不值钱，服务员不可能据为己有，第二天却通知我找到了，其实稍微有点笑脸，语气稍微友好些下次还住那，这样以后去银川再也不住这个了！
