酒店设施比较新，位置也好，格调高雅，十分符合商务人士要求。唯一不好的就是价格有点贵。

房间不是很大装修一般，作为588一个晚上价格算比较高的。大厅不是很豪华，服务和设施和4星级还是有距离的。晚上周边没有什么热闹的地方可以逛。在新区，衣食住行不是很方便。早餐还是可以的，品种还是比较多的。上网的速度不是很快。这种宾馆也就300差不多。

又一次来到戴斯，但这次感觉到房间的隔音实在不怎么好，想着明天要赶路，偏偏隔壁到下一点还不休息，水龙头出水声，电视机的声音，说话声。。。。。。。。。。声声入耳，早餐一般，
