服务人员服务不够主动，欠缺微笑，没什么亲和力。也许是因为所处城市不是什么热门旅游城市的原因吧。入住中还发生了一个小事故，处理还算及时满意，具体就不说了。
硬件方面倒是没的说，基本满意，只不过一些细节还有待完善。
