第一天入住水温不高，水质很差说是水泵坏了，第二天修好了但晚上又突然跳电说是电路问题。哎！就住两晚上都有情况，真不知是我倒霉呢还是酒店的管理有问题？

酒店位于新区，周围是市政府 ，会展中心及人民广场，环境非常优美，并且离万达广场不远，吃饭购物便捷。酒店设施很新。但是服务质量有待提高，游泳池处于换水阶段一周无法使用。房间非常热，中央空调虽然制冷确毫无作用一直是28度。银川市非常干燥，房间里面也没有配备增湿装置。与其他5星酒店相比有待提高的地方很多。

极新的酒店，太偏了，晚上周边啥都没有，非常不方便，幸亏开了车。服务质量还可以，员工素质也高。
