酒店位于银川市兴庆区黄河路和唐徕渠的交汇处，唐徕渠西侧，宁夏眼科医院南侧，属于老银川市内的稀缺地段，酒店的交通条件十分便利。酒店客房是典型的公寓房结构，一个大开间套着洗手间和厨房的格局十分清晰。第一印象是客房光线比较充足，整个房间比较通透。第二个感觉是房间比较舒适，满足基本的功能需求。此外，洗手间做了干湿分离的处理，因此用起来比较整洁，酒店提供的毛巾浴巾也柔软不掉毛。
