其实房子还可以 就是半夜漏水给吧台的人打电话半天才上来，我们衣服 好多东西都进水了，服务员说不行换标间 我们想想算了 都三点多了，第二天退房给吧台人员说漏水 吧台客服呢个小伙子也没反应 连句抱歉也没说，就因为我们不是本地人吗？从始至终都没有一句抱歉，感觉好像是我们活该一样，就晚退了不到20分钟房子还要收我们半天房费，要不是赶车 必须要把经理叫出来。太气人了

订的普通标间，前台说是特价房，没窗户，预订页面上并没有告知，房间很窄，转不开身，和艺龙介绍的不符。被子上有很多黄点点，孩子说是粑粑，我觉得应该是鼻涕吧，反正很不舒服。孩子在入住时就要求加钱买早餐券。早餐很简陋，前台亲自到早餐厅里检查，催着旁边桌的客人给刚会走路的孩子买餐票，一直在催，吵死了。退房后酒店也没有在系统中做退房记录，晚上十点入住另一家酒店时无法入住，这种情况第一次遇到，这家酒店就是钻钱眼里了，其他都顾不上，就催着人家交钱！

住308还是309忘了，装修挺新的，卫生也挺好的，还有早餐，位置还好，不得不吐槽一下房间的面积，实在太小了，狭窄，尤其是厕所，人站洗脸池边背后门就给你挤着，不知道为啥卫生间门口有两层台阶，离门还很近，一进门就被绊倒
