酒店在伊宁市中心解放西路，门口就是公交车站，横过马路即到伊犁州汽车客运站，打的前往火车站只要十元钱，交通十分便利。出门右手有很多清真餐馆可供就餐。酒店工作人员服务热情周到，为每间客房提供酸奶、咖啡、奶茶等免费饮品送上门服务，以及免费客房衣物洗涤及烘干服务。自助早餐种类多、味道可口，安保工作也很到位。总之，性价比很高！在伊宁这座消费偏高的边陲城市能够享受铭豪酒店厚道的优质服务已经十分难得了。

一进酒店感觉有点异国风情的味道，在携程网订的是标间，到店里才知道标间是没有窗户的！只有商务间有，每间房加了20元。感觉有点小贵。房间设施挺全。衣柜很小，没搭衣服的地方，早餐不错！很精致，特别是麻花很好吃！

卫生间简直了，都不能好好上个厕所，设计的简直反人类，无线信号也一般般，尤其是发票这块儿，答应好提前给我开，我打车去取之前也电话沟通了，告诉其开好我马上到，结果出租车在外面等，最后告诉我系统出故障了，让我明天来……

先说服务态度那是超级棒，两位服务员加一位男服务员都很好。房间很干净。住了两晚，还可以延时退房。帮着托管行李，一万个赞👍！
