帮客人预定的，是客人指定要这个宾馆的，因为离福田市场只是隔了一条马路，这个价格的酒店这么近的已经很少了，另外就是接待外宾的这样的酒店也没有几个是这个价格的。

交通还算便利，位置正好处于国际商贸城对面。就是车位太少了，都没地方停车，要到晚上才有。

离小商品批发城很近，过条马路就是啦，但是很多老外住在那里，很浓的香水味，熏得头好晕，房间感觉不够干净整洁

房间比较小，环境还可以，卫生间比较差，我住的房间喷头还坏了漏水，另外酒店靠近马路，晚上噪音比较大，停车还算方便，这个价格来说还算可以了。
