预订的是168元的商务单人间，网页介绍上写的是房间面积28平米，展示的图片有小圆桌和2把软椅，实际入住后发现房间很小，没有小圆桌和那两把软椅，回来后电话问客服，其经理说该房间面积是21平米，这个面积应该就是128元的特价大床房（网页上写的是20平米），这样看来店家有挂羊头卖狗肉的嫌疑。建议店家做生意要实事求是，该多大面积就多大面积，该有什么设施就有什么设施，不要欺骗顾客，网页和实际不相符，起码是虚假宣传，大老远
的跑来住你的店，是相信你的，请店家不要弄虚作假，如果错了就认错，不要再强词夺理、错上加错！
