住了那么多次酒店，这是我最为失望的一次！酒店前台服务也是我所住同档次酒店最不人性化最垃圾的服务！帮朋友点了外卖，朋友脚崴了当时我还没回酒店，酒店不允许外卖小哥进去，说自己下来取，然后我让朋友打电话给前台问下能不能送上来，没想到酒店前台还是那个态度，说我们酒店不负责这块，你们自己下来取好了！ 第二天我们就退房了，东西不小心落在酒店，回酒店取的时候 尽然还要我登记身份证出示身份证，因为赶的太急 我问 身份证没带怎么办，酒店前台说那东西你别拿了！！ 我真的搞不懂，自己的身份证开的房，自己的东西掉里面了，回头过来前台拿东西还要出示证件！这真的是我住过服务最垃圾的豪华酒店了！
