空调制热效果差，打了一个小时室温才上升1度，好在不打空调也不是太冷。房间里有点干燥 。床下卫生没打扫干净。

房间大设施相对较新，但有些细节方面没做好，比如台灯不会亮，空调不制热。城景房面对住宅小区，连续两次听到半夜鸡叫，凌晨三四点钟公鸡打鸣。
