酒店位置特别好，离市政府很近，周边环境很好。适合出差，旅行住。酒店停车场非常大，住客免费停车，还配了充电桩，设施齐全，房间乾净衞生，环境舒适，服务人员态度特别好，小黄还送了欢迎水果，很周到，小细节的服务点也有，看得出来有用心

首先是大堂的装饰很好看，适合拍照打卡。整个入住过程特别愉快，且放心，房间的布置也是我喜欢的风格，很简约，各类设施设备齐全，衞生很乾净。床品非常柔软。交通比较便利，免费停车很方便。服务员小马接待过程中很热情，服务很好。

不得不承认、康庭大酒店、在永康还是第一位。住了那么多年、不管是房间还是美食区、同样在永康区内是最优秀的。看看下面的图片、中午拿了房间之后外出和朋友晚餐、?回来已经准备好了所有晚上睡前的用品、酸奶、拉好遮光帘、这样的体贴细心、只有康庭大酒店、早餐区还是一样的丰盛。

I have been staying at this hotel since 2018, usually 4–5 times a year. In the earlier days, my experience was very good — the staff were polite, and the service was excellent.
Unfortunately, things have changed a lot. Recently, I’ve had very bad experiences, especially with the staff’s poor attitude and unhelpful behavior. The biggest issue is with their deposit policy — please be extremely careful when making a deposit. In my experience, they rarely return it properly, and around 90% of the time it never comes back to your account.
Overall, it’s disappointing to see such a decline in service quality compared to before. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is a great choice, especially for business travelers. The breakfast is fantastic—fresh, varied, and with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a perfect balance of work and relaxation.
The location is convenient, and in the evenings, I enjoyed peaceful walks along the nearby river, which was a nice way to unwind.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both work trips and short getaways. Comfort, service, and a great breakfast—what more could you need?
