一樓，霉味很重。沒見過哪個酒店的早餐9點30就收市了的，問前台的服務員態度很不好。第一天沒吃到，第二天起早去吃簡直讓人無法理解。自助早餐如果老闆做不起這個生意就不要開展了，就一個白菜沒了也不補上的，包子也沒有一種，水果也沒有，好坑啊，第一次見識這樣的自助早餐，還國際大酒店呢，真的是可笑。

这是第三次入住桂鑫，前两次是去年，各方面感觉都不错，可这次入住有些失望：一、戴眼镜俩女前台与客人沟通面无表情，客人提出合理要求若该酒店有规定无法满足也不能说话太过于生硬；二、该酒店房间放的的红牛、加多宝、泰奇八宝粥日期都不新鲜，甚至2016年的都有，免费送都不敢吃。
