前台办理入住的服务员实在可恶，客人来了还在低头看手机视频。明明二楼有客房，硬是说满了。给安排的一楼客房里面4间有3间有浓浓的发霉味。去投诉后，那位女人还硬说没房了，最后现场经理给安排到了二楼，4间都给换了，明明都空房嘛。给换房的小伙子态度不错。可惜没拍下那女人的照片，***。
