环境卫生服务皆可，就是交通不方便，打个车都不容易，有事没开车的朋友勿住，五星级酒店应该具备出行易，希望改进。

酒店环境设施都在线的，达到铂尔曼的标准。房间帮忙升级到了活力套房，挺大的，不过看不到湖，其实感觉如果能升级个普通湖景房会更好啊～～卫生也很干净，早餐品种也不错，现煮的湖南圆粉很不错。现在酒店业都不容易，员工很辛苦工资低，我觉得大家对待不足之处还是多多包容。（我指的是不要吹毛求疵，搞得自己花个几百元跟大爷似的，对工作人员大呼小叫的）
唯一不足的是，冬天冷了，你们礼宾小哥就躲起来了。在没有其他客人的情况下，在酒店里目送我们大包小包哼哧哼哧从车上搬着行李进酒店。fine.peace love

酒店大堂很大气，一进门就看见了非常漂亮的圣诞树，装修风格特别适合打卡拍照。房间卫生很干净。非常适合度假旅游。

进门就感受到了圣诞气息，预定的是高级大床房，前台给我升级到了豪华大床。20年装修的酒店，所有设施设备都超新。一楼还有恒温的室内泳池，因为行程匆忙没来得及下水。对面是洞庭湖可以欣赏到日出和日落！！祝大家去时都遇到好天气hhh
