服务不错，个性化服务好，2个大人加一个小孩，接待员贴心的安排一张大床
（1.8m）和一张小床（1.3m），楼层服务员很热情，我们在新格里住3天，在洞庭华雅酒店住了2天，新格里比洞庭华雅酒店服务上几个档次，那边的楼层服务员像上帝，态度不友好。

真心感到满意，房间很大，很舒服，洗漱的地方很漂亮。卫生间和淋浴是分开的，很人性化，床很舒服，唯一有一点点小问题就是wifi不给力，其他都很好，值得推荐
