酒店位置闹中取位，吃，逛都方便。酒店设施齐全，略显陈旧，但服务一流，到店冰箱中已备好西瓜一份，暖心。服务员留言让人感觉很亲切。我们朋友一起订了5间房，都很满意。在这么热的天，都报怨冷气太足，真不知是真批评还是在表扬。早餐也比较丰富，特别是下的面条，超喜欢香菇炖鸡的料，鲜得回味无穷。下次如果来岳阳一定会再住。

设施陈旧 南楼房间很差 进门一股难闻刺鼻的气味 地毯黑漆漆的 到总台要求补差价换到北楼 结果空调不给力 热晕了 找了三四次才给换房间！
