酒店位置好，靠近市中心。酒店服务员很贴心，主动帮忙晾衣服并送回房间。临离店前一晚还送了晚安牛奶。真心好！10086个赞

房间霉味太重，南楼房间的设施有点旧，早餐品种太少。服务还是不错的，特别的保安的态度很好，满脸笑容，人也很热情。

酒店的位置离岳阳楼近，老牌4星，硬件不错。北楼临街，噪音主要是车辆的声音比较大，早餐还可以，餐厅小了点，早上人多。

非常好！傍晚有热牛奶！服务员态度热情而且发自内心。结账速度比较快。卫生间比较干净。床单明显洗过了。旁边就是好吃的湘菜馆。对面的米粉好吃。

入住酒店南楼，离岳阳楼景区20分钟，早餐挺好，服务人员态度好。带小孩入住，第二天醒来脸上有3个包，不知是卫生条件，虫子还是蚊子咬的，都十一，非常恼火。应该不住了
