每次来余姚一如既往入住此酒店，非常喜欢！
位置：当地最繁华的地点，周边吃的也很多。
环境：高端大气上档次，设施也很新。
早餐：非常丰富。
服务：非常棒，一些细节做的也很周到。
不足：牙刷不好（个人觉得）。

服务非常好的酒店，无论前台，保安或是餐厅的服务员都很热情友善，房间景色应该是余姚最好的了吧，市中心龙泉山正对面。由于带宝宝出游，这里还能提供婴儿床。停车场也很大，我们东西带的多，礼宾还帮忙提行李提到了停车场，住酒店停车是免费的。早餐非常丰富，品种多，还有当地特色。退房时还送了一份当地特产零食，酒店也会有电话回访听取意见。下次还会入住太平洋。

一踏入酒店，就有一股淡淡的清香，服务员热情周到，让客人有宾至如归的感觉，房间摆放着迎宾水果，晚上还有免费夜宵赠送，太平洋酒店值得推荐。

不要订这个酒店。小旅馆级的服务。
服务员态度冷漠、差，前台几个人能同时看着你着急，还装作啥都看不到的样子。想起来他们故意看不见的那个样子都觉得恶心。。
另我订的房间退房是有纪念品的，前台不提，我主动提出来，她回复道：没了。
可是我付的房费里面有这个服务呀？
早餐很差。

不要订一定不要订了。
