总体来说环境还是可以，但服务一般，因小孩子感冒出汗，要求每天更换床单，服务员表现不耐烦，还强调说昨天才跟你们换了！酒店设施还行，西餐厅的餐饮还算是不错。

地理位置离景区不远，算是这块最好的酒店，服务超级五星，自然风景很好，有中西餐厅，中餐厅菜品不错，不用犹豫，这家对住宿要求高的人，它应该是首先。

环境幽静，在张家界可以算是最棒的度假胜地，适合自驾，早餐特别丰富，下次再来一定要住一下金寨！提醒一下，室内室外泳池需要带泳帽。

酒店位置离森林公园大概20分钟车程，服务很不错，景色很美，尤其室外泳池儿子玩的很高兴。就是早餐品种不多，值得改进。第二天去了森林公园，酒店推荐了导游，商旅部的盼盼 人美又有耐心，带我们走完了一天的行程，服务非常周到，感谢！
