酒店位置较偏，如果不是自驾游不方便。酒店的硬件设施非常好，园林式酒店，环境优美。但软件服务太差了，吃饭有三个餐厅，其中东南亚餐厅自带酒水要收服务费，明显违反国家有关法律。东西不新鲜，吃的全家拉肚子。并且各个餐厅价格非常贵，量也小，明显宰客。周边又没有吃的，非常不方便。本人预定了两个艺龙订单都是免费取消的那种，由于服务太差，执行了一个订单就退房了。另一个订单还没有开始，但退房时前台竟然要我跟客房部联系，否则要收未开始执行订单的房费。后经交涉给退了房，但影响心情。所有服务人员感觉没有经过培训。不建议散客订此酒店。此次自驾游住了10多家五星级宾馆，这家是硬件设施最好服务最差的酒店，可惜了那么好的环境。
