酒店条件在张家界算最好的了，但服务一般，我们两人入住，两个房间，硬是被安插在不同的两个寨子。而且开始我们定的是一个寨子的房。火寨比较好，我朋友的水寨，说是升级，没什么人，晚上还有飞蛾虫子，后来硬是换到了我隔壁。

酒店环境很好，空气清新，适合度假，是张家界最好最新的酒店。听说现在扩建酒店娱乐设施，下次来还会再入住。但，酒店细节卫生有待加强，阳台有蜘蛛网。
感谢酒店商旅部小谷提供了优质的导游服务，大大方便了我们一家大小的出游

本来预定的火寨没房吗了，酒店给免费升级到水寨哈哈～酒店环境很棒，服务态度也好，位置比较偏僻但是有穿梭巴士去景区。总体很满意

酒店坐落于山水之间，配套齐全，服务非常好，离大峡谷和黄龙洞都很近，有班车接送，免费接送机，绝对为客户提供优质服务，曾丹凤经理更是细心，非常满意。怒赞！
