9点左右就确认了我的订单，10点左右就到了酒店，到前台查不到我的预定，联系客服，说要11点半后再去查询订单才能办理入住，然后就等到快12点，再去前台还是没有我的订单，又联系客服，等了一会才给发单到酒店，可是我明明定的是大成山水酒店，为什么发到酒店的订单是他们的二期，开始还以为是酒店订房部搞错了，让前台确认下，后面查了酒店收单信息才知道酒店收到订单就是定的他们二期，而且这边是有房的，真搞不懂为什么要随意安排我的住房，还耽搁这么久是真的很不爽。

入住的时候去前台说还没收到我的订单，然后手机上订单又给确认了，不知道怎么联系，还是前台的张海峰小美女，告诉我怎么联系网络公司，才找到客服查我的单，服务很好。
