第一次入住该酒店，预订了三人家庭房。进门就有新鲜感，此房型是很有创新感。整体分为两个空间，卫生干净，地毯也很不错清爽整洁。洗手间也宽敞，酒店在细节方面应该也化了些工夫，考虑的比较周到，比如客人的拖鞋备了干湿两种。中央空调效果不错，在这高温天气里给客人提供了清凉舒适的休闲环境。唯一感觉不好的就是地下车库的环境太差，到处是水塘，而且环境昏暗照明不佳。希望酒店的车库管理水平要下功夫切实提高，努力改变现在的状况，给自驾游客人提供一个干净整洁安全的停车环境。使酒店的硬件设施再上一个台阶，让各地来张家界游玩消费的客人不留下丝毫遗憾。
