说的5星级酒店，17号晚上住宿配备了一次性拖鞋，19号晚上入住就没有一次性拖鞋，找前台回复他们酒店不配备一次性拖鞋，我告诉她17号晚上住就有，三分钟后前台电话回复他们拖鞋没货，这是5星级酒店的服务吗？服务太差，太差，太差。

第一次给的房间空调是坏的，害我热死了，后来叫人来修，说就这样的，帮我把初始温度搞到13，还是不行，然后自己找前台换了间房，总算好了！总体来说马马虎虎吧，乖乖吃吃酒店的自助餐吧，我们去张家界所谓的步行街吃的，真心吃不惯，当然这个依各人口味而言！
