大成山水和水世界是一家，我是在水世界住的，房间比大成山水新很多，大厅气派其他都一般。房间有刺鼻气味，换了一间好一些，我对气味比较敏感吧。br前台服务也还行，换房间时整理房间的主管人挺好，积极帮我们处理，还帮着一起整理房间拿行李，特别是跟我们说：“不要因为换房间影响了游玩的心情。”这句话很温暖。我想对酒店老板说有这么好的员工多想想怎么把酒店办好，对得起自己员工。因为有些问题一般员工根本解决不了，还是请高层处理吧。br最后题外话，张家界人态度给我感觉挺好，咨询个事情问个路，都能耐心解答，没有不耐烦的。我们是自助游，询问路线，交通，游玩线路等比较多，不管是游客服务中心，还是环保车工作人员，还是导游，还是路人，还是滴滴司机都挺好，没有不耐烦的，更没有被蹭的。
