十一去张家界订的酒店，很实惠的宾馆，地点相对比较安全。设施不说多好也够用了。主要十一其他地方都死贵死贵的，小旅馆又不敢住怕有危险。

房间在一楼很潮，酒店的位置很不方便，到火车站没有直达的公交车。酒店附近所有很小很脏的饭店价位都非常高，不适合在这里吃饭。酒店服务非常差，手纸、洗漱等都不提供，也没有洗发水和浴液，酒店里还有很多蟑螂。服务态度很差，问什么都不理，好像听不懂人话。晚上也没有前台服务，就一个大爷在厅里睡觉，走廊也不点灯，都看不到光开不了门。搞不懂星级宾馆怎么来的

离机场挺近的 好的是离天门山很近 很方便 不好的是环境没有网上说的好 一楼的房子太潮 墙体都黑了 不太干净 性价比不高
