缺点：没有电梯、空调不热、冲凉热水很不稳定、没有冲凉房、卫生间地板打滑、没有24小时热水、早餐便宜但品种很少。 优点：位置好。最多只有一星级的水平。

该酒店的位置在张家界的人大院内，比较安静，感觉不处于闹市区，有3路公交车可以到达，市内打的大约在7元左右。酒店的内部设施一般，比较干净，也就是二星的标准。它没有准备一次性的洗浴用品，拆开了肥皂付了6元。服务员的素质还不错，我忘记了杯子在总台，帮我保管了几天。10月2日一个晚上388的价格有点失去性价比了。如果100多我觉得还是可以去住住的。
