酒店设施一般，各处有损旧痕迹，卫生条件差，晚上睡觉有臭虫爬到身上，以为偶然一只，早上起床发现房间各处好多只，崩溃，立换附近别的酒店，不知道该酒店这么高的评分哪来的

这个民宿是性价比很高的一间民宿老板的服务态度非常的热情而且客气，我们跟他咨询了很多张家界旅游的问题，都很耐心的回答。房间里面的设备，一切的必需品都有了，都已经帮客人想到了，看得出来，这民宿老板在装修各样方面，非常的用心。总体来说这是一次很棒的住宿经验，我们在这里住了梦幻亲子三人间两个晚上，因为带了一个儿童一起住，老板还特别免费赠送一份早餐，早餐有白粥馒头，面条还有粉，都是相当很有特色的家常味，很合我的口味，我觉得很棒。

老板是个很热情的年轻小伙子，房间整齐干净温馨，我们定的家庭亲子房很适合一家三口住，很安静，离武陵源标志门很近，两天我们都是步行去景区，晚上回来周边吃饭的也很多。门口的摇椅孩子超喜欢坐，整个设计很文艺。
