管家服务很好，给我们提供免费的手绘地图，还帮我们设计游玩线路，很方便，购买他们的随身手机导游卡，很实用，每到一个景点都能随时播报该景点的典故，比请导游方便划算多啦。

很干净的一家名宿，床垫很舒服，被套整套每天都换，阿姨打扫卫生很仔细，管家晴晴很贴心，门票和路线都是她帮忙搞定的。地理位置很安静，离武陵源标志门口走路7分钟。性价比很不错的一家名宿！

管家滕滕给我们规划的游玩线路帮啦我们大忙，沿途的注意事项也很明了。晚上帮我们预订的魅力湘西很实惠，比别的地方便宜多啦，表演也很好看。总体来说，这次旅行住汉宿是个很好的选择，值得推荐。

位置很好，离景区大门很近，步行过去大概五分钟左右，客栈前后也没有嘈杂的主车道，晚上睡觉很安静。房间选的亲子式的小复式房间，很适合我们这种带小孩的家庭出游入住。客栈服务很好，管家滕滕提前联系我们，真是步步叮嘱，顺利到店。
