17号去的，7号就订好房了，去到告诉我没房间了，还告诉我携程经常这样。周边几个酒店也满了，人都急死了。后来由于我订房较早，又没收到取消短信，工作人员还是很热心的帮我联系好其它酒店，还顺便升级了。
