一个字：差。床垫都已变型，很不平，中间都沉下去了，都摸到里面的弹簧了，很不舒服，空调也不好，只能开窗，晚上又很多蚊子，而且携程的订房是在街边，特噪杂，强烈不推荐。

酒店很干净，服务人员很热心，晚上需要赶飞机，工作人员非常贴心的开车送我们到乘车点，很开心的一次旅行，张家界的人民很热心
