1、酒店位置不错，有接机服务，尤其是半夜的时候还过来接，感觉很温馨。br2、酒店很冷清，本来想住4楼的，但一听说整幢楼只有我一个客人，吓得不敢住；br3、热水不热，卫生不干净，一次性用品不提供，以上工作人员的理由是，淡季我们不保证也不提供以上所需内容。br气死！！！我是冲着接机服务给的中评！！

这个酒店的评价一个字就够：烂。酒店设施陈旧，楼道地上堆着肮脏的床单被罩。卫生间很脏，同样黑乎乎的，下水不通，卫生纸是早市卖的及其粗糙的那种，少在酒店见。服务员打扫卫生时不认真。

酒店感觉不在张家界的市区，外面离着不远处可能有盖建筑的，所以从窗外看上去感觉比较荒芜。里面设施比较齐全，但早餐10元东西不是很多，一般吧。
