上同程当，门店价和同程网不符，来时没说预定好，直接问价入住服务人员说400一晚，同程竟然比门店贵498，有的客人只需240一晚，服务，环境，卫生，一塌糊涂，我们房间卫生间连门都没有，500一晚…今天早上10月3号，有一帮武汉今天差点被她们打…现在被派出所带走，请问这样的酒店谁敢住……

酒店地理位置比较好。安静，有免费停车场。离汽车站火车站天门山景区很近，周边还有超市和饭馆，距离天门山景区很近。酒店服务很热情，价格也实惠，就一百多块，酒店还送洗漱包，送矿泉水，在张家界也就还算可以了！总体而言，值得选择入住！
